Job summary

Zentro Internet, LLC is hiring a Vice President of Service Delivery to lead the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle in a hybrid work environment. You will shape the delivery operating model, drive execution across Project Delivery and Construction, and partner with the COO and executives to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership in telecom/ISP or related infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-functional service delivery organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record building scalable operating models and performance governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Delivery organization through organizational leaders and ensure alignment across departments.
• Own the delivery of customer implementations from Closed/Won through service handoff and ensure safe, on-time execution.
• Establish standardized operating procedures, KPIs, and reporting across the service delivery organization.
• Oversee portfolio, capacity planning, and budget forecasting to support growth and acquisitions.
• Provide executive visibility into delivery performance and cross-functional risks.
