Job summary

Bold Penguin is seeking a VP, Partnership and Solutions to lead enterprise partnerships and revenue growth. You will shape strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive bespoke solutions for top accounts in a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to align objectives with business strategy, mentor leaders, and ensure successful execution of initiatives across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the insurance industry, preferably commercial lines.
• 7+ years in relationship management, partnership development, or related roles.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Knowledge of digital insurance platforms and APIs; credibility to sell complex SaaS solutions.
• Strategic planning and performance measurement experience.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication; ability to develop executive presentations.
• Proven track record with strategic external partners.
• Ability to work across teams to develop scalable go-to-market solutions.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise/strategic account P&L and relationships.
• Lead discovery and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop bespoke products/services.
• Drive revenue growth through top accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor and manage senior direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate training, joint marketing, and adoption initiatives.
• Provide executive updates on partnership performance.
