Norstella is seeking a VP of Strategic Accounts focused on Real-World Data (RWD) to lead sales and expansion with high-value pharmaceutical and biotech clients in the United States. In this remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex RWD capabilities into strategic business outcomes.

You will drive adoption of NorstellaLinQ, build long-term executive relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address clients'

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in strategic sales, business development, or account management in life sciences.
• In-depth understanding of real-world data applications and analytics.
• Proven quota-carrying sales success.
• Ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
