Norstella is seeking a VP of Strategic Accounts focused on RWD to drive adoption of NorstellaLinQ and expand our RWD capabilities with high‑value accounts in the life sciences sector. This role requires proven sales and business development expertise and deep knowledge of real‑world data applications.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, uncovering complex needs and delivering tailored RWD solutions to meet business goals. Travel 25%–50% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management.
• In-depth understanding of real-world data applications in life sciences.
• Quota-carrying sales success with targets met or exceeded.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of Norstella RWD products, including NorstellaLinQ, to strategic accounts in life sciences.
• Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within target accounts with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to position Norstella as a leader in RWD.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to align with customer needs and inform product evolution.
