Norstella is seeking an Engagement Director to own a portfolio of Real-World Data engagements, provide executive relationship management, and deliver data-driven advisory across commercial, market access, and HEOR decisions. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will guide data selection, oversee risk management, and mentor Engagement Managers while collaborating with product, data, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• 10–14+ years of experience in RWD, life sciences analytics, or consulting.
• 5+ years leading client accounts or large-scale engagements.
• Deep expertise in Open Claims, Closed Claims, and EMR data.
• Strong domain knowledge in commercial, market access, HEOR, and/or epidemiology.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery environments.
• Proficiency with SQL/data structures sufficient to guide technical discussions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior point of contact and account owner, building trusted relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Lead RWD strategy, success planning, and long-term value realization across a portfolio of RWD engagements
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, operational rigor, and consistent client outcomes
• Provide strategic data advisory, translating RWD into actionable insights and guiding data selection and analytics approaches
• Lead risk management and escalation resolution across delivery workstreams
• Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to enhance solutions and improve scalability
• Mentor and lead Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration and development
• All other duties, as assigned
