Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced real estate transactions professional to support occupier services across North America. You will manage multiple property transactions, coordinate teams, and negotiate terms for leases and acquisitions while aligning with the client’s strategic goals.

The role requires a strong background in commercial real estate, licensing in the US, and proficiency with AI/LLM tools to enhance research and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Active real-estate license (must be obtained within first 6 months).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with AI/LLM tools for research and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Negotiate leases, acquisitions, renewals and terms.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources for transactions.
• Prepare market reports, proposals, and financial analyses.
• Track transaction activity and manage client communications.
