Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President for Real Assets Fund Accounting & Administration to oversee day-to-day accounting and reporting for private market clients. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clients and fund investors, and ensure timely deliverables and adherence to fund documents.

You will collaborate with the database team and Big 4 firms to conduct annual audits and tax work, while maintaining strong relationships with investment professionals and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 8+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• IFRS experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage workflows.
• Oversee client relationships and fund investors.
• Review quarterly/annual financials, schedules and footnotes.
• Coordinate tax work papers and capital calls/distributions.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and fund documents.
• Support annual audits and tax returns with Big 4 firms.
