State Street seeks a Vice President to lead Real Assets Fund Accounting & Administration within Private Markets. You will supervise staff, manage client relationships, and ensure timely reporting and accounting support for our clients.

You will coordinate with audit and tax teams, maintain fund-document compliance, and uphold strong controls while guiding day-to-day operations and deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years general ledger accounting or audit experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• IFRS experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Aufgaben

• Supervising all lower-level staff (Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Staff, Officer, AVP).
• Managing client relationships with client personnel and fund investors.
• Reviewing quarterly and annual financial work papers including portfolio schedules and allocations.
• Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes.
• Coordination of annual audit and tax return preparation with Big 4 firms.
• Review and/or preparation of capital calls and distributions and related notices.
