Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a senior quality, product compliance, and operational excellence leader to serve as Vice President, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs for the Automation and Motion Control segment. You will build segment standards, governance, and cross-divisional processes to meet quality, regulatory, and customer obligations.

The role is segment-level operations leadership, reporting to the EVP and President of AMC, with remote work options from approved locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Engineering, and/or Operations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Experience building enterprise or segment-level standards, governance, and cross-functional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Establish AMC segment governance for quality, compliance, safety, and readiness.
• Drive cross-divisional CAPAs and risk mitigation in quality and regulatory areas.
• Lead actionable workstreams translating maturity assessments into programs with Legal, IT, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Support regulated customer expectations, including FAA concepts, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, evidence, traceability, and audits.
• Coach division and site leaders to build a high-performance culture.
