Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align operational strategies with division and enterprise objectives.
• Facilitate development and execution of annual and multi-year operational strategies.
• Lead deployment of Regal Business System across facilities.
• Ensure site improvement priorities support growth, profitability, customer service, and capacity.
• Drive accountability for achieving business objectives and KPIs.
• Coach site leaders on CI/lean leadership and daily management.
• Develop leadership capability in daily management, problem solving, and accountability systems.
