Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a senior top-level leader to drive Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for the Automation and Motion Control segment. This VP role focuses on establishing segment-wide governance, improving quality systems, and translating complex regulatory requirements into executable process controls across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across QA, regulatory affairs, product compliance, engineering, and/or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Experience building segment-level standards, governance models, and cross-functional accountability mechanisms
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate legal, regulatory, customer, and compliance requirements into practical operating controls
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, IT/Cybersecurity, and business leadership

Responsibilities

• Establish AMC segment governance for quality, product compliance, product safety, regulated customer readiness, and operating standards.
• Identify recurring quality, compliance, and regulatory risks and drive cross-divisional corrective actions.
• Translate maturity recommendations into executable workstreams with Legal, Trade Compliance, IT, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Lead practical approaches for regulated customer expectations, including FAA concepts, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, evidence, supplier readiness, recordkeeping, corrective action, traceability, change control, quality escapes, audits, and customer-specific obligations.
