Job summary

Regal Rexnord AMC seeks a Vice President of Supply Chain to drive global supply chain excellence across an $800M spend portfolio. You will partner with divisional leaders to align Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning strategies and scale capabilities across the AMC divisions.

The role emphasizes transformation, integration, and talent development in a global manufacturing setting. Remote US location with proximity to AMC plants is acceptable where suitable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience or relevant background.
• Proximity to AMC plants preferred (Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI) or remote US location with near-site access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost savings, operational efficiency and KPI achievement across delivery, quality, and cost.
• Lead a 3-year strategic supply chain roadmap aligned with growth targets.
• Standardize SIOP across divisions and align org structures and accountability.
