Regal Rexnord is seeking a senior leader to unify quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and product compliance across the Automation and Motion Control segment. You will drive governance, scoring, and operating rhythms, translating complex requirements into executable actions with Legal, IT, and Supply Chain partners.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have the following: a minimum of 15 years across QA, regulatory, product compliance, engineering, and/or operations.
• Demonstrated experience building segment-level standards, governance, and cross-functional accountability.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate regulatory requirements into operating controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish segment governance for quality, product compliance, and operating standards.
• Identify recurring risks and drive cross-divisional corrective actions.
• Translate maturity recommendations into executable workstreams with Legal, IT, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Strengthen quality systems with common processes, metrics, and management reviews.
• Lead product compliance governance with engineering, quality, supply chain, and legal teams.
• Set baseline supplier quality expectations and monitor high-risk suppliers.
