Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Vice President, Program to build and lead a high‑performing Tennessee division delivering statewide implementation impact and regional revenue. You will translate state priorities into a coherent regional strategy, cultivate relationships with LEAs and funders, and ensure quality, equity, and sustainability across services.

You will manage staff, budget, and external partnerships while aligning divisions with Blue Engine’s mission to advance RTI/MTSS, inclusive instruction,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of senior K–12 leadership experience across multiple schools/districts/state initiatives.
Ability to analyze evidence, identify needs, and translate into strategy.

Responsibilities

Own Tennessee RTI²-A+B implementation and impact with 30%.
Build and manage a Tennessee implementation team with coaching and QA systems.
Generate sustainable revenue in Tennessee and surrounding region with regional growth strategy.
Steward senior external relationships and Blue Engine's regional presence.
Lead across Blue Engine by connecting regional priorities to organizational strategy.
