Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own Tennessee RTI²-A+B implementation and impact; oversee statewide strategy and contracts.
• Lead a Tennessee-focused implementation team with capacity and quality control.
• Build the division's operating discipline, staffing, budget, and external representation.
• Cultivate partnerships to drive statewide revenue and expand opportunities.
• Monitor implementation quality, equity, and student outcomes; adjust strategy as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk challenges and decisions.
