Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Plano, TX seeks a strategic Product Solutions VP in Merchant Services to design end-to-end routing strategies across debit networks and rails, balancing merchant preferences, issuer behavior, and cost.

You will partner with product, technology, and sales to drive adoption, define vision, success metrics, and go-to-market plans, while engaging customers to capture opportunities and position JPMorgan as a payments innovator.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payments experience across product management, solutions engineering/consulting, payments implementations/integrations, or network/scheme enablement
• Strong understanding of debit payment economics, including interchange mechanics and network costs
• Experience building or enabling routing/orchestration logic and tradeoffs
• Ability to translate complex network, scheme, and regulatory requirements into clear product/technical execution
• Proven track record bringing new product concepts from inception to launch, including customer journeys and requirements
• Strong customer-facing communication skills to drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Passion for payments innovation and trends shaping optimization
• P&L ownership, setting business objectives, and driving commercial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a smart routing and multi-rail orchestration product in Merchant Services
• Design routing decision logic across PIN/PINless networks, local payment methods, Visa/Mastercard rails, and emerging rails
• Build routing strategies balancing merchant preferences, issuer behavior, network rules, and cost/economics
• Define product vision, market positioning, success metrics, and business cases tied to approval rates and performance
• Serve as SME on debit routing, scheme connectivity, and routing mandates
• Partner with engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and commercial teams for successful execution
• Engage customers and partners to collect feedback and drive adoption
• Contribute to broader payment optimization initiatives across authentication, tokenization, and authorization
