Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Emerging Payment Rails to lead solutioning and define tailored client solutions in partnership with Sales. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into implementable designs for key client relationships and prospect opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Subject matter expertise in Emerging Payment Rails (Real Time Payments, Disbursements to Debit Card, Zelle, PayPal & Venmo, Prepaid Card, Pay by Bank).
• Experience building trusted relationships with Sales Managers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring optimal solutions.
• Serves as a SME on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling on product knowledge.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and feed critical feedback to Product teams to inform the roadmap.
