Job summary

- Experience defining vision, metrics, roadmaps and value realization strategies.
- Experience driving adoption, change management and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for analytics and dashboard capabilities.
- Translate multi-year vision into actionable work for agile delivery teams.
- Partner with data engineering, BI, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and monitor KPI adoption and outcomes.
- Lead organizational change, user adoption, and readiness for new capabilities.
