• Strong analytical foundations with hypothesis-driven problem solving and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-facing analytics for Product Strategy and deliver clear recommendations.
• Anticipate leadership questions on risks, tradeoffs, confidence, and edge cases in first deliverables.
• Coordinate across analysts, set scope, roles, and timelines for executive-ready results.
• Partner with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Originations, Finance, and Technology to source data and constraints.
• Quantify impact and tradeoffs, including ROI, and challenge assumptions.
• Translate complex analysis into concise takeaways and visuals for senior leaders.
• Conduct targeted market, competitor, and internal performance research to support prioritization proposals.
• Manage multiple priorities and tight timelines while maintaining analytical rigor and controls around results.
