The role partners with Digital Services, Service Operations, and Technology to develop and execute insights that improve performance and growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, analytics expertise, and a track record of influencing executive decisions in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering, or quantitative field.
• 7+ years in analytics, BI, data science, data engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years in people leadership or management.
• Strong experience analyzing large data sets to drive outcomes.
• Expertise in logistic regression, survival analysis, decision trees, PCA, feature engineering, model validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analytics leadership to drive enterprise value.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Develop analytics strategy and present executive-level recommendations.
• Drive analytics adoption and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
• Lead design and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality analytics projects.
