Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. in New York is seeking a strategic Operations & Analytics leader to partner with underwriting, IT and analytics to drive enterprise priorities and enhance customer and employee journeys.

You will define short- and long-term technology initiatives, drive CX/EX improvements, and translate business needs into actionable requirements to enable data-driven decisions and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
5–10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Underwriting, Business Planning/Product Owner, IT, or related roles.
Experience with large underwriting systems and transforming business processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Strategic Ops leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic priorities and improve journeys.
Identify operational and tech initiatives to support underwriting across the enterprise.
Define short- and long-term IT and analytics strategies in collaboration with IT and UW leaders.
Incorporate strategic analytics into operations workflows and prioritize enterprise priorities.
Drive enterprise-wide prioritization of transformation initiatives and act as a bridge between UW and IT.
Provide market insights on leading practices to inform business priorities.
