Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions with stakeholder management.
- 10+ years managing multiple technical workstreams with business leads.
- 10+ years of SAFe Agile experience including estimation, scheduling, and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap aligned to Service Experience Value Stream objectives.
- Partner with planning leads, RTEs, Development Leads, Solution Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure initiative transparency and alignment.
- Deliver on team commitments with clear visibility into progress, risks, challenges, and blockers.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a highly engaged workforce with strong technical expertise and business acumen.
