Job summary

New York Life invites a senior product leader to own the PPG Planning tools domain in New York. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a next-generation financial planning experience built to support agents, advisors, and clients.

The role partners across Technology, Data, Actuarial, Compliance, and Distribution to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive features, apply AI responsibly, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in complex, calculation-intensive or highly regulated environments.
• 5+ years of financial engineering domain experience (quantitative finance, actuarial science, or similar).
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-intensive product features.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CFP or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a prioritized set of product capabilities for planning tools.
• Partner with Technology, Data, AI, Actuarial, and Compliance to deliver the product with governance.
• Lead agile delivery from discovery to launch and iterations.
• Define success metrics and ensure value realization across the organization.
