Job summary
New York Life, Tampa-based hybrid role, seeks a Corporate Vice President, Customer Insights Management, to lead a team that converts customer, experience and operational data into actionable strategies. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of professional experience with people leadership.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and executive communication of customer insights, KPIs, and reporting.
- Partner with Insurance Operations to identify opportunities and translate findings into improvements.
- Determine methodologies and tools to analyze business questions, including AI-enabled techniques.
- Shape and execute the customer experience management strategy and roadmap.
