Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks an executive to architect monetization strategy across its software and services portfolio. Reporting to the CPO, the VP will balance market opportunity with financial discipline in a triad with Product, Sales, and Finance, shaping value-based pricing and packaging that drives product-led growth and higher customer lifetime value.

This role leads pricing governance, conducts market research, and designs tiered structures, AI add-ons, and bundling strategies to simplify

Qualifications

12+ years of monetization, pricing, or strategy leadership in B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to design multi-product pricing and packaging.
Experience creating discounting governance and value-based pricing.
Healthcare IT or digital health exposure preferred.
Combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Define holistic pricing strategy and packaging across ambulatory EHR, PM, RCM, and platform offerings.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to drive value-based pricing and governance.
Lead pricing research including elasticity, competitive intel and customer insights.
Chair Pricing Committee to align with margin targets and revenue recognition.
Lead and mentor monetization team; present data-driven recommendations.
