Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President Product Manager in Strategic Partner Benefits to shape strategy and lead delivery of capabilities that connect customers to valuable partner benefits.

You will drive solutions across digital experiences, enrollments, fulfillment services, and data platforms, collaborating with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of product management delivering digital products, platforms, or enterprise capabilities.
• Experience defining product strategy and translating needs into roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and partnering with technology teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with partner integrations, API-enabled solutions, and large-scale operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and clear executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to customer needs and platform scalability.
• Lead product discovery to evaluate partner benefit opportunities and shape solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery for onboarding, enrollment, activation, fulfillment, servicing, and reporting.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and plans.
• Collaborate with technology teams to drive secure and resilient solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs across a complex ecosystem.
• Lead partner-facing product discussions on integration, testing, and launch readiness.
• Define and track KPIs for engagement, utilization, operations, and product performance.
• Drive continuous improvements across processes, readiness, and experiences.
• Build alignment across product, technology, operations, data, risk, marketing, finance, and partners.
