Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager in Strategic Partner Benefits to define product strategy and lead delivery across partner onboarding, enrollment, activation, fulfillment, servicing, and reporting. You will work with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will drive discovery of partner benefit opportunities, translate business needs into executable roadmaps, and guide end-to-end delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience defining product strategy and translating needs into roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile delivery and collaborating with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to customer needs and platform scalability.
• Lead product discovery for partner benefit opportunities and solution approaches.
• Own end-to-end delivery for onboarding, enrollment, activation, fulfillment, servicing, and reporting.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with technology teams across the software development lifecycle to drive secure, resilient solutions.
• Establish governance, manage scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs across stakeholders.
• Lead partner-facing discussions on integration, testing, and launch readiness.
• Define and track KPIs for engagement, utilization, and product performance.
• Drive process improvements in product and customer experiences.
• Align product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, finance, and partner teams.
