Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President- Partner Technical Experience Lead within the Co-brand and Partner Product group.

You will lead partner-facing technical implementation and post-launch support to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations. You will translate requirements for product, engineering, and business stakeholders, reduce onboarding friction, and govern change management for governance, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical liaison for external partners in integrations, onboarding, or implementation.
• 5+ years handling API- and platform-based integrations from design to release.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
• 5+ years leading technical discussions with partners and internal teams.
• 5+ years documenting technical requirements and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners across onboarding, integration delivery, and ongoing support.
• Translate partner business needs into clear technical requirements and decision points.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align capabilities, design, and milestones.
• Design and support integrations using APIs and platform services.
• Lead partner tech-to-tech sessions to review roadmaps and issues.
• Document integration requirements, specifications, runbooks, and support workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical processes via automation and patterns.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to partners and stakeholders.
• Advocate for partner needs and share structured feedback.
• Assess impacts and coordinate communications to reduce implementation risk.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements post-launch.
