Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Senior Associate of Product Marketing and Customer Success within the Digital Channels team to align digital capabilities with business goals and drive adoption and value realization.

You will support day-to-day partnership with lines of business, define value propositions, coordinate enablement materials, track post-launch performance, and contribute to roadmap integration in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product management concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Experience supporting execution within the product development lifecycle and agile methods.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to translate strategy into partner-facing materials and drive adoption.
• Experience tracking performance metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day partnership with lines of business and align digital capabilities to goals.
• Define value propositions and coordinate enablement resources and product demos.
• Track post-launch performance and report business impact with program management.
• Maintain prioritized backlog and support roadmap integration across teams.
• Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks for partner readiness.
• Assist in intake and prioritization processes and ensure submissions are complete.
