Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Product Manager, Vice President, to lead a new Manage & Service team. You will own the product lifecycle from onboarding to service and security, delivering scalable self-service capabilities across channels.

You will partner with Design & Content, Data & Analytics, and Technology to translate business goals into a clear roadmap, measure outcomes, and improve customer experiences across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear roadmap priorities and measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and roadmap integration.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, reliability, and risk posture.
• Drive the product vision for servicing capabilities to reduce calls and improve digital servicing.
• Translate objectives into team goals and ensure alignment across channels and lines of business.
• Improve product performance by analyzing experiments and metrics for iterative enhancements.
• Collaborate with Design & Content, Data & Analytics, Technology to influence priorities and roadmap.
