Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President – Partner Technical Experience Lead to guide partner integrations from strategy through launch and ongoing support. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.

You’ll translate requirements into actionable plans, reduce onboarding friction, document technical specifications, and help ensure governance, risk, and compliance alignments across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical liaison for external partners in integration/onboarding/implementation roles.
• 5+ years supporting API- and platform-based integrations across design, build, testing, and release.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• 5+ years leading technical discussions with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years documenting technical requirements and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for external partners across strategy, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with product and engineering to align capabilities and milestones.
• Design and support integrations using APIs and platform services.
• Lead partner tech-to-tech sessions to review roadmaps, status, and issues.
• Document integration requirements, technical specifications, and runbooks for ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical processes through automation and standardization.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs to partner stakeholders.
• Advocate for partner needs by sharing feedback and patterns.
• Support technical change management by coordinating communications and reducing risk.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance in implementation and post-launch.
