Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in data product management, analytics product management, or product management for data and analytics platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience analyzing workflows and defining KPIs and metrics for decisioning and operations.
• Experience with data governance frameworks including lineage, metadata, and change control.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and governance partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate goals into product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify automation and data-driven opportunities; define KPIs.
• Define data domain concepts and governance requirements for reusable metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to deliver curated datasets and governed metrics layers.
• Apply data governance practices across multi-domain enterprise and drive issue resolution.
• Drive product adoption through training, documentation, and office hours.
• Manage backlog, prioritization, releases, and deprecation aligned with risk and control expectations.
• Communicate metrics and analytics clearly to intended audiences and channels.
