Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in data product management or analytics-focused product management in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into roadmaps, backlogs and measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining KPIs and metrics to support decisioning and operational improvement.
• Experience working within data governance frameworks across multiple domains.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and governance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflow goals and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision making; define success metrics.
• Define data domains, entities, events, and measures to support priority workflows with clear definitions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to deliver curated datasets and governed metrics layers.
• Apply data governance practices and drive resolution through appropriate forums.
• Drive product adoption through training, documentation, and office hours; embed analytics in operating rhythms.
