• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex issues and engage stakeholders.
• Understanding of product delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Experience with release management and deployment processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across business, technology, operations, risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Partner with the Area Product Owner to establish delivery timelines, manage issues, and report status across multiple organizational levels.
• Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Drive execution readiness across cross-functional teams to support successful product releases and operational implementation.
• Promote delivery excellence through continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transparency, collaboration, and execution outcomes.
