Chase, part of JPMorganChase, is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate to drive stable and scalable product delivery within Consumer Banking Deposits 2.0. You will partner with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and help ensure products continuously deliver value for customers and the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business, operations, technology, risk, and control partners, with a focus on change readiness, release reporting, and AI-enabled delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Excellent collaboration across business, operations, technology, risk and controls partners.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Drive resolution of issues while providing highly transparent status reporting.
• Apply AI-enabled delivery insights to identify recurring impediments, dependency risks, and efficiency opportunities while validating recommendations with product delivery and controls partners.
• Support responsible AI‑assisted change readiness and release reporting practices that improve transparency, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
