Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President-level Product Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery in the Consumer Banking Deposits area. The role emphasizes coordinating across functions, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery excellence in support of customer-focused product solutions.

You will drive change readiness, oversee release processes, and champion continuous improvement to optimize customer outcomes and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery or related domain.
• Experience in change readiness activities.
• Track record of continuous improvement and release management.
• Experience overseeing complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to streamline product delivery and enhance customer experience
• Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that address operational challenges and boost efficiency
• Govern key performance indicators to assess product delivery success and inform future enhancements
• Lead key facilitations to support effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues throughout the delivery process
