Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate for the Consumer Banking Deposits 2.0 team in Plano, TX. You will help deliver market-ready products, partner with cross-functional teams, and support change initiatives to ensure ongoing customer value and business impact.

You will align with product delivery and controls partners, manage blockers, and apply AI-driven insights to improve efficiency and transparency across risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated performance in product management or a related domain.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong ability to collaborate across business, operations, technology, risk, and control partners.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Drive resolution of issues while providing highly transparent status reporting.
• Apply AI-enabled delivery insights to identify recurring impediments, dependency risks, and efficiency opportunities while validating recommendations with product delivery and controls partners.
• Support responsible AI-assisted change readiness and release reporting practices that improve transparency, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
