Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead Consumer Banking – Deposits 2.0 Portfolio Operations. Based in Columbus, OH with work across locations, you will drive operational excellence, coordinate with Legal, Risk and Compliance, and ensure readiness for product launches.

You will manage a team across portfolio operations, optimize processes, and implement controls to protect regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or portfolio operations.
• Experience implementing operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience in product development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Consumer Banking operations and deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communication plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives.
• Support training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices to enable operational efficiency.
• Adapt the product-line framework to align cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Develop a product-level collection strategy with controls, financials, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory standards and internal policies for Deposits 2.0.
• Lead business readiness activities for new launches and enhancements, including process design and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee daily product portfolio operations and optimize workflows for consistent customer experiences.
• Mitigate operational risks with controls and ongoing compliance monitoring.
