• 5+ years in program management, portfolio operations, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering operational effectiveness initiatives.
• A proven track record in product lifecycle and Agile.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking operations, deposits, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communication plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives across products.
• Support training programs, maturity assessments, capability development, and continuous improvement practices.
• Evolve the product-line framework to align cross-product priorities and sequencing decisions.
• Implement product-level collection strategies, including controls and financial oversight.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead business readiness activities for new product launches and enhancements, including process design and training.
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and optimize workflows for consistent customer experiences.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks through controls and monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Legal to assess and mitigate risks through documentation, monitoring and reporting.
• Support regulatory and legal reviews by maintaining audit-ready documentation and coordinating remediation efforts.
• Foster cross-functional governance by integrating risk, control, and legal considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
