• Drive change management activities and ensure adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies, escalate blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support readiness for product releases and operational implementation.
• Promote delivery excellence through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
