Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
7-12 years’ relevant experience in finance project/program management.
Strong PM skills across full lifecycle.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
Leadership on large-scale programs.
Ability to influence stakeholders outside own team.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering and operations teams.
Articulate how projects and benefits fit into program strategy and broader firm goals.
Identify, report, and elevate project risks to senior partners.
Provide governance updates on progress, timelines, and budgets.
