Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in business analysis / project / program management; finance industry experience.
• Strong project management skills; manages front-to-back lifecycle from scoping to delivery.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive leadership experience with empowerment and conflict resolution in large programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders outside their direct control.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering and operations teams.
• Identify, report and elevate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation.
• Provide governance updates on progress, timelines, and budgets to GBM leadership.
• Remove impediments at the program level through stakeholder engagement and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape strategic vision and backlog while balancing priorities.
