Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President for Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management in New York. You will drive high‑impact initiatives, lead cross‑functional programs, and translate priorities into executable plans with governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management; 5+ years in senior management.
• Experience in Global Operations Business management.
• Strong leadership experience required.
• Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations and regions for high‑impact initiatives.
• Own complex cross‑functional initiatives with alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results.
• Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into executive insights and narratives for leadership reviews.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into executable plans, measures and governance routines.
• Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives with direction and oversight.
• Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to align reporting and execution with objectives.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to support business results and long‑term goals.
• Provide forward‑looking client trend insights from historical data.
• Maximise team effectiveness and cohesive performance in pursuit of enterprise goals.
