Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent project management across multiple partners.
• Technical proficiency to drive flows and architecture.
• Agile certification and Scrum leadership are a plus.
• High attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering, and operations.
• Articulate project benefits and align with firm strategy.
• Identify and remediate project risks and dependencies.
• Provide transparency on timelines, budgets, and issues.
• Remove impediments at the program level via stakeholders and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with product owners on strategic vision and roadmap.
• Oversee go-to-market planning, readiness, and communications.
• Prepare materials for firmwide committees with TxB leadership.
• Balance multiple responsibilities across PM, business analysis, and senior communications.
