• Articulate how projects align with program strategy and broader firm objectives.
• Identify, report, and remediate project risks and issues to senior partners.
• Provide governance updates on progress, timelines and budgets to GBM leadership.
• Remove impediments at program level by leveraging stakeholder relationships and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape strategic roadmap and backlog prioritization.
