Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7–12 years in business analysis / PM within finance.
• Strong PM skills: scoping, planning, risk/issue mgmt, status reporting.
• Proven cross-functional delivery on time and budget.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership in large-scale programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders outside direct control.
• Strategic thinker with cross-functional insight.
• Hands-on and coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering and operations teams.
• Articulate how projects fit into program strategy and influence priorities.
• Identify, report, and mitigate project risks; oversee remediation.
• Provide governance updates on progress, timelines, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Identify and remove program impediments via sponsorship and relationships.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape strategy and refine backlog.
• Define QA/testing approaches and migration plans post-testing.
