• 10+ years of progressive experience in investment operations, middle office, or governance.

• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive scalable operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and governance for private debt transactions (loans, notes, structured credit, private placements).
• Establish governance standards for credit documentation and investment records.
• Define data architecture, security master enhancements, and automation roadmaps.
• Oversee risk indicators, controls, audits readiness, and reporting on platform performance.
• Manage a team delivering onboarding, security setup, and data management.
