Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Senior Associate for the Investment Operations team to lead private debt onboarding, document-driven security setup, and data quality across loans and notes. You will work with DealCloud and AlphaStream to ensure accurate security master workflows and lifecycle data, translating complex agreements into precise system setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business discipline.
• 5-7 years in investment operations, middle office, security master, onboarding, or asset data management.
• Experience supporting private debt, bank loans, or note investments.
• Hands-on experience with DealCloud, AlphaStream, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interpret credit agreements and related docs to identify terms for operational setup.
• Set up new private debt investments across various instruments in internal systems.
• Capture and maintain key economic terms (issuer, borrower, facility type, rate, maturity, covenants).
• Collaborate with Compliance to review structure charts and entities.
