Job summary

Ares Management LLC seeks a Vice President to lead governance, onboarding, security master, and data management for its expanding private debt platform. You will partner with Investment Professionals, Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Performance, and Technology to build a scalable control framework and drive data quality across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA, CFA or other advanced professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and governance of private debt transactions, including complex loans, notes, and structured credit investments.
• Define data architecture, governance and automation to support scalable operations across the private debt platform.
• Establish risk indicators, controls and reporting for onboarding quality, timeliness and platform performance.
• Manage and develop a team focused on onboarding, security setup and investment data management.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to evolve operational capabilities supporting investment strategies.
