Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Vice President to lead Private Credit and Structured Products initiatives. You will drive client solutions, collaborate with global teams, and shape the end-to-end operating model with a focus on value for credit managers and fund clients.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Private Credit Product within Institutional Services, with opportunities across asset servicing, custody, and analytics to strengthen market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred).
• 7+ years experience desirable in Private Credit and/or Structured Products.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Client solutioning and growing our Private Credit and Structured Products offering.
• Collaborate with commercial and operating teams to drive superior outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end Private Credit operating model and tech stack.
• Develop deployable solutions for complex clients and critical deals.
• Research market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.
• Support business development, RFP responses, and relationship management.
